• How long will my delivery take to arrive and how much does it cost?
We work alongside DPD, one of the largest UK and international couriers, we provide a guaranteed next day delivery with DPD at the cost of £5.95. We also offer a next day delivery service with the Royal Mail at the cost of £7.95 and we have Free UK delivery on orders over £15
• Do I need to sign for my order?
If you choose DPD or Royal Mail Special Delivery your parcel will need to be signed for.
• Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Unfortunately we are unable to redirect any orders once they have been dispatched, so please make sure you provide a suitable and accurate shipping address when placing your order.
• What if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
If your item is sent via DPD and you miss the delivery, they will simply leave you a card which gives you the option of rearranging your delivery. DPD will attempt to deliver your order three times, after the third unsuccessful attempt, the parcel will be sent back to us as unclaimed.
If you miss a Royal Mail Delivery they will also leave you a card with information on collecting your parcel from your local sorting office.
• Customs Duty on some International Orders
You will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties levied once your package reaches your destination country. Most countries within the EU should not be charged any customs duty but some international countries may do such as the US, Canada, Australia.
• I’ve forgotten the password for my account, what do I do?
If you go to the login page there will be a link that reads ‘If you have forgotten your password, please click here’. You will then need to type in your email address and a reminder email will be sent to you. Alternatively you can contact Customer Services on 0116 262 0860 and they can assist you.

For oversees customers it’s important to note that you may have to pay duties and taxes that won’t be included in the cost of your order. These are determined by the country you live in as well as your postal code.

• How will I know if an item is out of stock?
If an item is out of stock, the size you are trying to order will be greyed out with ‘out of stock’ on it. If we are able to reorder the item, there will be an option to request an email informing you when the item is back in stock.
PROMOTIONS & MULTIBUY OFFERS
We occasionally run promotional and multibuy offers where for example you may 'Buy 3 and get 1 free', or 'Buy 1 get 1 half price'. We also run offers where you may be rewarded with a saving if you spend over a certain amount on products, such as 'Spend £50 and save £10'.
• How does a multibuy offer work?
All you need to do is add the items that are within the offer to your basket and when you go to checkout the cheapest item will be the discounted one, In the example of a 'Buy 3 get 1 Free' the cheapest item would be wholly discounted on your order.
• How does a spend over a certain amount and save offer work?
Once again you simply add the items that are within the offer to your basket and when you go to checkout the discount will automatically be applied.
• The offer does not seem to work at checkout, what should you do?
Firstly we would ask you to check that the items you have added to checkout are in the offer, are they the correct brand, the correct category eg. swimwear or are they excluded as the offer may not include Sale items.
