How do I make a purchase?
Simply select the item that you wish to purchase and add to your basket. You will them be asked to proceed to checkout or continue shopping. By choosing the checkout option you will be able to complete your purchase by following the steps.
You can also access your shopping basket at any time by scrolling over the shopping basket icon and choosing the checkout option.
How can I pay?
Payment can be made securely online by Visa, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit and Paypal payments. You may also place your order by calling our customer services team on 0116 262 0860 (UK), +44 116 262 0860 (International) Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please note that we only accept phone orders from returning customers and we will only ship to the card’s registered billing address.

All orders are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Secure Trading. All personal information is strictly confidential.
Can I ship my online purchase to an address other than my card’s billing address?
Yes you can but your order maybe delayed for extra security checks. Orders taken over the phone can only be shipped to the cardholder’s billing address and you must have previously ordered from the store online.
Problems paying by card?
If you are having issues completing your transaction with your credit/debit card then you can try to checkout using Paypal which does not require you to have a paypal account and is likely to proceed without issue

Please note : We are not able to ship via Fedex Priority services to all Australian addresses, if we are unable to ship to you with Fedex we will contact you to advise that your parcel will be shipped by Royal Mail and shall refund the difference.

FREE Tracked Royal Mail Returns-UK Orders Only
Should you want to return an item for an exchange or a refund you can now do this for FREE with our NEW Tracked Returns service and it's very simple to use!
1. Complete the reverse of the delivery note and place in your return package
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Returns Label to be emailed to you
3. Print the Returns Label off and stick it securely to your parcel
4. Take the parcel to your local Post Office counter where you will be given a proof of postage which you should retain just incase the parcel doesn't make it back to us!
5. Your exchange or refund will usually be processed the day the item is received back in our warehouse
Alternative Options to our FREE Tracked Returns
You can also return any item within 28 days by following the instructions on the back of your delivery note and using the address label on the delivery note but remember you will need to affix postage when not using our Returns service.
All items must be returned with their original delivery note in order for us to issue a full refund for the value of the goods. Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used.
Should you return the items by a method other than our Free Tracked Returns then we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Please note that postal costs incurred when customers do not use our FREE Returns Tracked Service are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
When will I receive my refund?
If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit card for the sum paid within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Card refunds may take up to 4 working days for your bank to complete once we have processed your return
Will my postage cost be refunded on returned items?
If you return your whole order then we will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for an enhanced service eg. DPD or Guaranteed Next Day you can only expect to receive a refund to the value of our basic delivery options in line with 'Consumer Contract Regulations'
